Created by Fortis Development Group, in partnership with architects MHND Union, interior designed by Lawless & Meyerson, and landscaped by Wyer & Co., Lords Group again have been engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement arrangement to work with the design team to bring the Fortis vision to life. The project scope includes custom features such as bespoke joinery finished with natural stone benches, fireplace features with natural stone mantles and joinery surrounds, oak timber flooring, marble cladding facades with window feature fenestrations, premium appliances and articulately landscaped gardens.

• Full public domain upgrade.
