Created by Fortis, designed by award-winning architects MHNDU and with interior designs curated by Richard Stanisich, this project consists of 23 highly bespoke apartments over a commercial retail tenancy and 2 level basement.
Lords Group were engaged once again under an Early Contractor Involvement model to lead the pre-construction team and bring the Fortis vision to life. In partnership with Fortis and Neoscape, Lords Group collaborated with MHNDU, Richards Stanisich, Adams Consulting Engineers, Erbas, Concise Certification, and Wyer & Co, to achieve the clients pre-construction objectives and design intent.
Project features include a highly bespoke façade constructed with Natural Brick Co hand made bricks, interiors featuring custom format engineered flooring, natural stone benchtops, bespoke joinery, wine fridges, fire places, Miele & Wolf appliances and a full level penthouse crowning the building featuring a roof terrace with its own private gardens and plunge pool overlooking Rushcutters Bay, and the Sydney city skyline.
Project Challenges include:
- Corner site off New South Head Rd with no external construction work zone permissible.
- Boundary to boundary construction.
- Services mains connections into RMS assets.
- Full public domain upgrade.
