We are delighted to announce that, following the successful completion of the Early Works Package, Lords Group has been selected to undertake the next phase of the prestigious 'Ruby House', Double Bay project for valued client Fortis, encompassing 11,067m2 of Commercial Office Gross Building Area.
From the inception of this project, Lords Group has been actively engaged with Fortis and project partners Neoscape, in an Early Contractor Involvement capacity, offering invaluable counsel and support in programming, buildability, cost planning, and design.
The Main Works phase of this project is set to encompass a commercial office space spanning 6,833m2 distributed across five levels, along with a retail area spanning 926m2 and basement levels spanning 3,308m2.
Architecturally designed by Lawton Hurley, with Interiors by Woods Bagot, this development boasts a range of outstanding features, including a food and beverage retail level, expansive private terraces, generous 1,000 sqm floor plates, and a state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities.
Construction has already commenced, and we look forward to an anticipated project completion by Q2 2025.
