Developed by Fortis in collaboration with MHNDU, Lords Group will be delivering a $20m + Early Works package for the Commercial New Build project RH Gallery, Double Bay, for a landmark project that marks the debut of the world-renowned luxury brand RH in the Asia Pacific region.

Lords Group in an Early Contractor Involvement capacity has been working with Fortis since project inception to provide construction, programme, cost planning and design advice.

The Early Works project scope includes the demolition of the existing premises, and the design and construction of the Cased Secant Contiguous shoring system which includes 4,700 lineal metres of 750mm diameter piles, 848 Lineal Metres of foundation piles, de-watering, temporary waler beams, waterproof tanking, anchors, temporary platform construction, and 12,000m3 of bulk excavation.

Significant de-risking of the project has been undertaken by the Lords Group pre-construction team to mitigate neighbouring risk damage, by completing plaxis modelling, survey and vibration monitoring, and permeation ground injections to neighbouring building foundations.

Construction work has commenced, and the Phase 2 early works is expected to complete in the 4th Quarter 2025.
