Lords Group delivered this 550sqm office fit-out in 8 Parramatta Square via a design-and-construction procurement method. The client commissioned Siren Design to put together a highly bespoke, high-end, modern office space that would exemplify the quality of materials and finishes and the execution of details commonly found on the client’s projects.

The project scope included a Directors Office, 5 x private executive office suites, board rooms, meeting rooms, kitchen & break-out areas, open plan workstations, reception lobbies and quiet rooms. Project finishes featured marble flooring, natural timber veneers as well as feature leather wall panelling, carrara stone benchtops, and bespoke brass feature lighting. Lords Group also carefully coordinated a full re-design of services and final commissioning to meet the asset owner Walker tenancy specifications.
