Lords Group were engaged by a Confidential Financial Sector Client, in an Early Contractor Involvement capacity to deliver this 1000m2 bespoke and high-end integrated fit-out across 4 levels of this building. With interior design by Interni, the fit-out comprised 1,000m² of highly bespoke commercial office space, including an executive level featuring a reception area and boardrooms, open plan workstation spaces, collaborative zones, quiet rooms, new end-of-trip facilities, and a fully equipped gym and workout area. Working closely with the design and services teams from early in the pre-construction phase, Lords Group ensured that the base building and fit-out works were seamlessly coordinated, de-risked, and meticulously planned to mitigate construction phase challenges and inefficiencies. Through expert collaboration with leading subcontractors and consultants, the team successfully delivered a premium-quality workspace aligned with the client’s vision.
