The Loft Mays Hill project consisted of 45 residential apartments and 2 ground floor commercial tenancies.
Lords Group worked with the client under an ECI arrangement to develop a project programme and methodology which was adequately staged to suit the client’s marketing strategy to complete the entire project with no delays encountered to purchaser’s occupation.
The team delivered a basement completion milestone serving as a hold point to other works to achieve the sales expectations. In addition, the team were able to successfully plan and execute a new substation within the building footprint, a new cold water main upgrade, as well as a full civil works upgrade to Great Western Highway.
The project was completed a month ahead of the contract programme exceeding all client and financial stakeholder expectations.
