We are proud to announce the successful Practical Completion of ‘VERDICAL’, Bondi Junction – marking another significant milestone for Lords Group.
A huge congratulations to our long-standing client Moshav Financial, as well as project partners, Luigi Rosselli Architects, Mijollo International, and our network of trusted consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Together, we have delivered a landmark commercial office building defined by precision, sustainability, and bold design.
The project scope included demolition of existing structures; shoring and 6,000m³ of bulk excavation to a 2-level basement; construction of 8,000m² of new commercial structure featuring vertical gardens, communal spaces, lobby cafes, and end-of-trip facilities.
This project is a testament to the strength of our Early Contractor Involvement model. From project inception, our Pre-Construction team led design, value engineering, risk closure, and buildability advice – ensuring a seamless transition from concept to delivery.
