Lords Group are proud to announce our appointment as preferred delivery partner by Pallas Group for the 900m2 fit-out of Level 4 and 5 of the landmark Pallas House project. The award was supported by the team’s demonstrable experience and references in the bespoke fit out space and on-going high performance on concurrent Fortis projects.
Working closely with Siren Design and the services design team, Lords Group will be partnering early in the pre-construction phase to collaboratively develop, coordinate and finalise the design and services with consultants and subcontractors, de-risk procurement lead times and also ensure the integration of base building and fit-out services is coordinated and planned to ensure a seamless installation.
The new 900m2 bespoke workplace fit out across Levels 4 & 5 of the iconic Pallas House Double Bay asset consists of a new steel intertenancy staircase providing egress between, Directors offices, private executive lounges, board and meeting rooms, kitchen and break-out areas, open plan workstations, reception lobbies, quiet rooms, ensuites, change rooms and external landscaped terraces. With an extensive scope of detailed veneer and stone joinery elevations and units, custom glazed and metal doors, hardwood timber treads and marble vertical balustrade blades to the stair, the Lords Group team will be expertly partnering with Tier 1 fit-out sub-contractors to deliver this space ensuring the highest quality installation and finish will be achieved.
