Lords Group has been formally appointed by repeat client
Fortis as preferred delivery partner for the full commercial base build refurbishment of No.1 Guilfoyle Ave, Double Bay. With base build architecture by Lawton Hurley, the scope involves stripping the building back to column & slab frame, new facade and window system, new raised steel awning, new base build services, new amenities, lobby, common area spaces and a rooftop terrace and outdoor space designed by
Wyer & Co.
Concurrently Lords Group will be completing the integrated fit-out to all 3 levels of the buildings. With interiors designed by Interni, the project involves 1000sqm of highly bespoke commercial office space including an executive level with reception area and board rooms, open plan workstation spaces, collaborative and quiet room spaces, new End of Trip facilities and a fully equipped gym and workout space.
