We are proud to announce that our delivery team successfully achieved Practical Completion last month on our Pallas House Double Bay whole building commercial refurbishment project for valued client Fortis.
The scope involved 4200m2 of high specification internal and external facade refurbishment, complex structural strengthening/augmentations and extensions, the addition of Level 4 & 5 as a lightweight structure with double-height curtain wall panels, new base building services, new passenger and car lifts, new integrated flood gates, raised retail awning, new entry lobby, amenities, corridors and end of trip facilities. In addition to the significant scope, the team were able to accelerate the delivery of project areas, facilitating the commencement of tenancy fit-outs in the building months prior to PC.
