BRDB’s is one of Malaysia’s most trusted and respected property brands with developments located Internationally. With limited capacity to visit Australia, BRDB required a partner in construction that they could trust to deliver a high-quality product with minimal oversight. With a strong tender methodology, demonstration of large scale project capability and the support of strong references and pipeline of repeat clients, BRDB appointed Lords Group to deliver Verdana, Miranda.

Designed by Nettleton Tribe, the building consisted of 65 apartments, split over 3 separate building forms, 3 levels of basement and 8 levels of structure spanning 13,760sqm in total. Notwithstanding the procurement and labour pressures of the COVID19 pandemic, the project was delivered in a duration of 75 weeks which was maintained from original tender programme.

• High strength blue stone ground conditions.
• Large scale public domain upgrade on RMS asset.
• High voltage substation installation.
• Undergrounding of high voltage power lines.
