Lords Group were selected by Pallas Group to deliver their bespoke and high-end fit-out as part of the landmark Pallas House major refurbishment project Lords Group are also undertaking simultaneously. Working closely with Siren Design and the services design team, Lords Group will be partnering early in the pre-construction phase to collaboratively develop the design and services with consultants and subcontractors, de-risk the project and also ensure the integration of base building and fit-out services is coordinated and planned to mitigate construction phase issues and inefficiencies.

The new 900m2 bespoke workplace fit out across Levels 4 & 5 of the iconic Pallas House Double Bay asset consists of a new steel intertenancy staircase providing egress between Directors offices, private executive lounges, board and meeting rooms, kitchen and break-out areas, open plan workstations, reception lobbies, quiet rooms, ensuites, change rooms and external landscaped terraces. With an extensive scope of detailed veneer and stone joinery elevations and units, custom glazed and metal doors, hardwood timber treads and marble vertical balustrade blades to the stair, the Lords Group team have expertly partnered with Tier 1 fit-out sub-contractors to deliver this space ensuring the highest quality finish will be achieved.
