Off the back of our strong on-going performance at The Benson, Rose Bay for valued client Fortis Development Group, Lords Group were appointed under an ECI arrangement to finalise costing/methodology and programme for Marmont, Double Bay by Fortis. We are now very proud to announce, Fortis Development Group have appointed Lords Group as Preferred Contractor for the Marmont, Double Bay project.
Created by Fortis Development Group, in partnership with architects MHNDUnion, interior design by Lawless and Meyerson, and landscapes by Wyer & Co, another masterpiece project will take its place in the premium suburb of Double Bay. The project scope includes custom features such as bespoke joinery finished with natural stone benches, oak timber flooring, copper cladding facades, premium appliances and articulately landscaped gardens.
The Lords Group team worked efficiently and methodically through the ECI phase to develop the project cost plan, develop a construction methodology suited to the projects very difficult and constrained position off New South Head Rd and to de-risk the construction phase through early engagement and meticulous planning with authorities.
The project award of Marmont by Fortis, reinforces Lords Groups standing as a premium head contract builder of luxury projects within the Eastern and CBD suburbs.
