Civic Properties has engaged Lords Group to undertake the design and construction of a mixed use residential development containing 45 apartments and 2 commercial tenancies located at 181-183 Great Western Highway, Mays Hill, NSW. The development involves the demolition of two existing dwellings and construction of a 7 storey building plus roof terrace over a two level basement.
Throughout the preconstruction period of the design and construct contract, Lords Group has provided advice on economising the design, addressing buildability issues and providing cost effective construction methodologies for our consideration.
To date, the project has remained ahead of schedule, on budget and we are highly satisfied with the level of attention to detail and the high quality of the project.
Lords Group have demonstrated a superior level of professionalism whilst undertaking the project in particular through the provision of detailed monthly PCG progress reports, escorted site visits and cost saving measures.
