431 Asquith consisted of 33 residential apartments and was a project faced with multiple challenges from the onset.
Lords Group utilised the ECI period to challenge and coordinate the project risks and put together a plan which could be executed without any further cost or programme delay risks. The team worked through multiple existing stormwater and sewer in ground services, which required diversions through the new basement, a new stormwater easement which was proposed to be built during the project construction period from a neighbouring development, RMS approvals of the basement shoring design, new upgrade of Pacific Highway civil assets including a mains stormwater upgrade and finally a 250m upgrade of high voltage power lines along Pacific Hwy to be completed after hours.
The project proceeded without any delay to the original construction programme and was completed in line with all the clients’ project expectations.
