Created by Clutch Capital in partnership with PBD Architects and interiors designed by Lawless & Meyerson, Lords Group have been engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement arrangement to work with the client and the design team to bring this impressive development to market.

The project scope includes custom features such as bespoke joinery finished with natural stone benches, oak timber flooring, fluted concrete pre-cast panels to the facade, a communal ground floor pool, a penthouse rooftop plunge pool, an open lobby with spiral stair and an amalgamated penthouse apartment crowning the top floor.

Capitalising on the Lords Group teams significant experience with bespoke luxury residential projects and challenging ground conditions, the Lords Group Pre-construction and Design team have been able to methodically de-risk the project, enhanced construction design and durability, and extracted optimum outcomes for Clutch Capital placing the project in optimal position for success.
