45 RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS + COMMERCIAL SPACE –
8 LEVEL BUILDING WITH 2 LEVEL BASEMENT

The Loft Mays Hill project consisted of 45 residential apartments including 2 ground floor commercial suites.

Lords Group worked with the developer on this project during the ECI period to develop a project programme which was staged to suit their selling strategy without risk of project delays. The team created a basement completion milestone at which stage works could be paused until sales expectations were achieved, and remobilised efficiently to meet settlement expectation dates.

In addition to the above, the team were able to successfully plan and execute a new substation within the building footprint, a new cold water main upgrade, as well as a full civil works upgrade to Great Western Highway.

The project is currently on track to becompleted as per the contract programme with all client and financial stakeholder expectations being met throughout the project.
